IMPORTANT COURSE CODE INFORMATION: Course codes are usually provided either with with your program registration (if completing a pre program survey) or at the event itself. If you have not received a course code or if it is not working, contact the hosting organization.

Post Program Completions: Thank you for attending one of our live CME/CE programs. In order to obtain a "Statement of Credit" (certificate) you must complete the program post test (if required) and/or evaluation. Please follow the instructions provided below.

1. Enter your course code (Code number provided to those in attendance) and email address (used previously for site registration or to be used for a new account), when ready click the "Continue" button.
2. Upon validation of the course code and email address those with pre-existing user accounts must enter the account password and submit. If No previous appliedradiology.org user account exists, a program registration form will be displayed, complete and submit. The online program exam and/or evaluation form will display. Complete the form(s) and Submit.
3. Upon submitting the form you will be delivered to your MyAR Archives user records section. A certificate link will be provided directly across from the program title. To view and/or print a Statement of Credit click the "Print/View Certificate" link.
   You may choose to print your Statement immediately or you may return to your MyAR Archives section of the appliedradiology.org website at any future date to view and print previously completed statements.
